Pramantix builds robotic inspection for metal fabrication — welds, castings, forged and machined parts. A robot-mounted sensor suite, led by phased-array ultrasound, reads each part inside and out and returns one accept-or-reject call against your quality standard, priced by what a wrong call would cost.
The system works without a setup project: no golden dataset to gather, no labeling backlog for your QA team. Each workflow arrives with coverage and reach already validated, and it sharpens on your parts from the first scan.
Beyond pass or fail, it traces recurring defects back to the station producing them — so the same system that catches the bad part tells you what to fix.

Our team has stood robot-arm inspection cells up on industrial shop floors — calibration, safety sign-off, acceptance testing and all — and shipped AI and agent systems at companies defining the field.
